Dear Editor: Today, I was privileged to witness the entrepreneurial spirit of our youth. My daughter had given me a gift for Mother's Day of a certificate to get a manicure and pedicure at a wonderful new shop called "Twinkle Toes". While there, I was so impressed with the owner's creativity and skill. Carla Matsos, the young owner, treated me like a queen. As she performed her aesthetic miracle on my nails and toes, she explained to me how she had decided to become a business owner in our lovely town of Waterdown. Well- educated and trained, she also exhibits a wonderful eye for decorating. She decorated her shop with her own ideas. Her brother's paintings grace this fine-tuned shop.
